Built in the second half of the 18th century this family villa set in wonderful private parkland with views across romantic olive groves and tuscan countryside,  enjoys the convenience of being just a ten minute walk from the market town of San Casciano Val di Pesa. The drive into the centre of Florence takes just 20 minutes.

Villa Luisa while offering a charming, restful place to stay is in an ideal location for exploring the countryside and the many medieval hilltop towns and villages for which Tuscany is so well know.

Part of the property is inhabited by the owners who are extremely discreet. The part of the house which is let is entirely independent with it's own parking area and entrance. The villa offers a raised pool for exclusive use of guests at Villa Luisa which is located just beyond the formal gardens which lie to the front of the property.            

The freestanding pool is oval in shape and measures 9.10 meters in length, at its widest point it measures 4.60 meters. The depth throughout is 1.20 meters. The pool area has a sun terrace which is furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. the surrounding trees and shrubs provide welcome shade from the mid-day sun.

The pool is open from May to October.
