Podere Sovestro is a working farm located 2kms from the medieval town of San Gimignano with its famous towers, amid vineyards, olive groves and cyprus avenues

The surrounding area has much to offer including golf, tennis, a wide range of ristorante and many towns and villages of interest. These include Colle Val d'Elsa, famous for it's crystal, Florence with her art treasures and splendid shops, Siena with its famous Il Palio horse race and many other hilltop villages which lie among the beautiful hills of Chianti.

Wine making is a flourishing industry in Tuscany. San Gimignano is renowned for the dry white Vernaccia
